I can't really say much about the pros of this place. These are absolutely horrible people.
Cons
Out of all my professional experiences, this is the most toxic work environment I ever had to work in. The attorneys there have no idea what they're doing and they can never give you the help that you need. Some of these attorneys seem to be completely incompetent to work in this field and they rely on the paralegals for answers. They make personal remarks to you that are negative and the HR will not do anything about it. Their denial rates are higher than approval rates and they do not have any organizational skills. Their work ethics are completely off the grid and do not have any value in their work. If you're considering on taking an offer from this place, please reject the offer and look for another place. You'll have immediate regrets.
