Pros
The company embodies good values and maintains high ethical standards. The working environment is fairly healthy. Proper training and guidance are given to new joiners, but as for many roles, a lot of the knowledge are acquired while doing the job. Good systems and processes are in place. Managers and employees demonstrate good work ethic. Senior Management are highly qualified yet down-to-earth.
Cons
Work load could tend to be heavy at times. Very steep learning curve at the beginning. The work itself is very SLA-driven and as such the work is rather fast-paced, which in itself is not a bad thing, but this must be considered by potential employees.
