      Bagel Mondays, Downtown Office, and overtime pay

      Cons

      Supervisors have no idea how to manage, they work the employees to the bone and give no recognition or thanks, they are grossly understaffed and seem not to care, no work-life balance, took away all "fun" activities likes monthly birthday parties and happy hour. Many employees from my team have quit in the last few months out of frustration with management and for being overworked (60+ hours every week)

      Good teams and support group that help each other.

      Pros

      Decent overtime pay. I also had a decent training/onboarding experience, but this was not the norm.

      Cons

      Exploitative, 80+ hour work weeks, 2am messages from attorneys, burn-out model for paralegals and associates (scoop them up after BA or JD and overwork them until they quit), misrepresent case load during interview by 50% of total, low ceiling for non-attorney career advancement. Have an exit plan.
