It looks good on your resume when you jump ship for another job.
Cons
-No proper training. Work is thrown at you and you're expected to figure it out on your own. If you don't find a co-worker to pester every minute of every day for help when you first start working here you'll probably have a hard time. -Compensation is laughable for the amount and complexity of some of the work you're expected to handle. -Micromanagement by individuals who lack leadership and organizational skills. -Temps are not treated with respect.
