Business Outlook
Pros
Good people, good pay and good benefits. I have learned a tremendous amount from everyone I have worked for, and I have been given the opportunity to move all the way up the career ladder. Overall great people and you get the chance to help people in a meaningful way.
Cons
Management is decentralized and the field is changing dramatically. Clients have unrealistic expectations and rarely manage their own employees’ demands on our staff. It’s a typical law firm environment with respect to workloads.
