Pros

1. Higher pay compared others in the same field 2.Benefits are okay 3.you get to work from home 4.you will learn a lot

Cons

1.You will be heavily overworked, crazy hours you can find yourself working after midnight on most days 2. Very demanding managers whi might not have visibility on the amount of work you do 3.Due to people being overworked, they tend to be a bit rude and unpleasant to deal with 4.It is very difficult to get support when you need it, specially from people who can easily help you. There is a lot of resources to go back go but looking through 50000 much information also causes a lot of time loss and the information will not be easily available. Also sometimes there are specific things that your teammates might have worked on which you do not have visibility to and no one would provide you with the assistance required so you need to be resourceful and able go handle and manage things on your own to survive there. 5. It depends on what team you are in, things can be really different from one team to another like a whole different culture 6.Some senior people do not really have great people skills and do not give importance to what juniors have to say and only like to hear themselves talk

Pros

Decent overtime pay. I also had a decent training/onboarding experience, but this was not the norm.

Cons

Exploitative, 80+ hour work weeks, 2am messages from attorneys, burn-out model for paralegals and associates (scoop them up after BA or JD and overwork them until they quit), misrepresent case load during interview by 50% of total, low ceiling for non-attorney career advancement. Have an exit plan.
