Pros
Culture depends on the team your on. However, most people are nice. Hybrid schedule.
Cons
Low pay. No room for growth. Don’t do promotions often anymore because of ‘economy’. Always competing with other firms for business development but not maintaining the business we already have. Everyone is overworked all of the time and expectations are only high for the paralegals.
