This place is great, I've worked here for a while and have no complaints whatsoever. The fun atmosphere and camaraderie is like nowhere I have worked before. You aren't fighting over territories or leads. It's not your typical sales job. The past employees who wrote that this place is micro-managed must not be experienced working in a corporate sales organization. This place is not micro-managed. It’s sales, and you have goals to meet. They provide all the tools that you need to hit your goals. There is an on-site trainer also to help you. This company actually cares about its employees' emotional and professional well being. The CEO is a powerhouse when it comes to business and she knows what she is doing. So many nice things to talk about and perks to enjoy when working here that you will not find anywhere else.
