Pros

Customers First policy. Treats employees with care and respect. Promotes transparency in all business matters. Christian based.

Cons

Some departments could use more help- need to hire more people. Goals program- employees' raises are base solely on the percentage of the additional goals in which they accomplished, when everyone knows that any potential raise should be based on the quality of work that one does.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We recognize that workloads are already demanding, and the intent of the Goals program is not to add unnecessary stress or extra jobs. Rather, it is designed to help employees prioritize what matters most, create clarity around expectations, and support personal development. It is also important to note that goals are a key component of the performance review process and are measured as part of overall performance. This year we started later than intended due to the ADP system implementation, but going forward goals will be written at the end of each year for the following year.

Pros

The job provides excellent exposure to a structured sales plan for someone new to sales. The store gets plenty of foot traffic to create opportunities for customer engagement. The varriety of products to sell on is great as well. Pro Access is a great value for customers building a pre and post work out regiment or building a supplement routine.

Cons

You run the show. While there you are responsable for running the store.
