Above average pay once reaching top rate at $28.95. Benefits are better than average for R.I. E.B pharmacy saves you money on medical copayments. Free Y.M.C.A. membership.

Cons

Freezing work conditions. Noisey and air quality is poor. Work is repetitive. Hard to get promotions unless you know someone who will help you. Work experience depends on who your supervisor is. Some are decent some are horrible human beings.
