Business Outlook
Pros
Most senior people are very proud of the type of work they are performing. Company is respected as the premier submarine builder nationally. Salaries are fair, work is decent and there is some movement towards improvement.
Cons
Management is lead by people whom are trained as engineers not management! Companies benefits have been cut drastically and continue to be presented to employees as "even better", when in reality they've become "even worse".
