Since becoming the President of GDLS about three years ago, the company has transformed. He is a great leader who cares about the company, the importance of delivering quality vehicles to our customers, and is focused on continuous improvement.
Cons
Culturally, the company is still very behind. Very few women in leadership, especially middle management to director. Cronyism in the VP and Director ranks abounds.
