      Good pay for area good benefits

      Cons

      Toxic work culture. People are given mgr roles who are not capable of being in a senior positions. When things go wrong or they get caught out the excuse being I haven’t had management training for task A B or C

      Both pay and benefits were good.

      Cons

      Both Management and the Union need to be overhauled. Union has too many dead beets working there and too many stupid rules to boot. Kinda like a Good ol' boys theme. Management is clueless, they like to fly by the seat of their pants. When things go wrong ( and that's usually always) they are quick to put the blame on the Employee. A lot of cut throats there, you have to watch your back constantly. Stay away if possible!!!
