Good pay and benefits, but toxic management and union culture - General General Dynamics Land Systems Employee Review

Both Management and the Union need to be overhauled. Union has too many dead beets working there and too many stupid rules to boot. Kinda like a Good ol' boys theme. Management is clueless, they like to fly by the seat of their pants. When things go wrong ( and that's usually always) they are quick to put the blame on the Employee. A lot of cut throats there, you have to watch your back constantly. Stay away if possible!!!
