I love the Flextime and the 9/80 work schedule. It really helps an employee to balance his' or her's work schedule. I love my lead and my section manager. They both know exactly what's going on in our project and exactly what we need to provide to our customer. They also always choose the right man for tasks that need to be completed by the group.
