Not an ideal place for minority women - Program Control - Finance General Dynamics Land Systems Employee Review

Not a progressive company. A white male dominant environment with no career advancement for minority woemen. Promotions based on longevity and not experience, talent, & education. Flex schedule not really flexible. 9/80 schedule is a very long day with no work from home option. No performance based bonus sturcture. Directors and Mangers give bonuses to their favorites.
