Pros
Great compensation. Great health care plans. Superb retirement package Upgraded shop. Newer tools. Most fellow employees are pretty cool. Would have liked to stayed if management changes.
Cons
It's a union shop so expect to be trampled on and taken with a grain of salt. job sustainability is sub-par. Half the people in there can retire and save some jobs but wont. union has its favorites and if its not you watch out. Management lacks follow through and communication skills.
