      Great Benefits, Flexible Work Schedule

      Cons

      Anti-growth work environment, Very rare growth opportunities, very small annual merit increase (2%-3%), small bonus, unfair ultra-wide overlapping compensation bands...you can be a senior level making less than a junior level and many more.
