No career development or opportunities for advancement. Constantly cut employees in the middle and lower levels without ever cutting executives. Laid-off employees do not get any severance and very little notice. Employees in 2013 were cut 5 days before Christmas without any severance. Company is instable and does not value employees. Lack of communication and high levels of secrecy among senior leadership. Work life balance in non-existent and atmosphere/culture is militant. All decisions are made to keep executive bonus.' Good-old-boy network is solidly in place.
