Lack of value - Quality Assurance Specialist General Dynamics Land Systems Employee Review

treated like the military; constantly forced to travel around the world for up to a year at a time; management does not even know what our SCA job duties are; forcing us to work outside of our pay scale to save the company money; Management is willing to work us 10+ hours a day/7 days a week if they want too; We are forced to sit at work for 8 hours a day when there is no work to be done, but we get written up if we take a longer lunch break or if we fall asleep watching netflix. This has been constant for the last 3 years during the winter months; under paid for the kind of equipment we work on.
