Pay Rate is good. Benefits start day 1. products being manufactured are very cool.
Cons
Now I can't speak about the entirity of GDLS, and I'm sure that all of the facilities are not run the same. That said, the Eynon, PA facility needs to have a real overhaul done by corporate. Upper level management is very self oriented, and doesn't focus enough on contract management. The only company I've worked for that had to shut down 2 entire shifts of employees and let go mid level management because contracts were allowed to run out without having renewals and new order contracts ready to take their place. This of course had no effect on the upper level management, who didn't even bat an eye at letting over 150 employees go. Also I am a very team oriented person, but my peers were more of a clique. and if you weren't in it you knew.
