Most co-workers are intelligent and great people. Since the place is chaos 90% of the time, you can always pick up new skills. You do it once, you’ll be the person to do it next time as well though regardless of your role.
Cons
- management - outdated, ineffective processes and practices. - you probably won’t see a promotion for 7-13 years. - pay; good luck buying a house or settling especially when promotions are rare.
