Pros

Lots of autonomy for an intern and anyone in Entry Level roles, beautiful new Canadian HQ, young, stylish, dynamic employees.

Cons

The company is focused on an initiative called "Holistic Margin Management" which means making "invisible" changes to food products year over years to make more money at the cost of quality for the consumer. Money making machine. Products are very processed and unhealthy. Poor work life balance due to location (difficult commute from Toronto)

Pros

Good work life balance, many people fully remote or hybrid

Cons

Layoffs are often and if you don’t move quickly you get caught up in them

Pros

Great people, okay schedule, some perks and benefits were okay.

Cons

Manufacturing, so always wanting more with less. Hard to please as they are constantly changing everything.
