Business Outlook
Pros
Historical stability. Overall compensation package is good and ff you were hired prior to 2011 you still have a fully funded pension. A lot of really good people.
Cons
Lot of pressure on the industry - forcing changes and restructuring. The politics can drive you nuts. The hiring profile hasn't changed in years and likely won't, so unless you fit the "mold" you will have to work twice as hard. If you are a chosen one, then it is a great company. Everyone else is just a pawn.
