      Working as a Process associate in Genpact is way better than working as a business development associate because Genpact cares for its employees and provide a proper work life balance and job security to them..

      But a coin has two faces...this role has low end entry level salary which typically varies from 2.4 LPA to 2.8 for freshers and will also go upto 5 lpa for experienced ones
