Not Employee-Friendly: Overwork and Micromanagement - Process Associate Genpact Employee Review

Very poor work culture. Heavy micromanagement. Breaks are strict—even water or washroom time is counted. Only 1 hour break for the whole shift. Shifts are uncomfortable (11–9, 6–4, 4–2). Long working hours, sometimes more than 10 hours. Employees are not treated with respect. No flexibility and high stress.
