      They will make you learn standard work processes. Number of Trainings and learnings programs. Good work environment. Transparency in decisions, most of the time :P

      Cons

      Don't expect good salary as fresher. Don't expect good hikes. Promotion programs totally run on different paths, from your work performance. Fake commitments by management to every resource about internal job postings.
