- Operation manager likes to call employees instead of texting during off work hours/ public holidays/ weekends just to ask non urgent stuff. - Operation manager lack of leadership role and communication skills. Served my notice period as per the contract, but got called selfish for not wanting to extend it. - Micromanage in tracking working hours. - When encounters issue just expect to solve it by yourself because no one will help you. - No backup. Request employee to work during the public holiday, and compensation will be provided in the form of replacement leave, but annual leave will not be approved if planning to take more than a week.
