      Great health benefits. Good hard working co-workers.

      Cons

      You may earn a raise, but it may take 4 months to actually be compensated for it. Management has no idea of what they are doing; they pull numbers out of the Genpact math book. They would rather lay off the brightest and most valued staff over bottom performers.
