      The ability to display your talents to potential clients. The benefits are decent but great. Self web training available. Pay is comparable to market rate but negotiate salary before you join.

      Cons

      No bonus no matter how great your performance. If you're a US employee don't expect more than two week vacation no matter how many years you work there.

      Cons

      AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
