      Work from home! Get a lot of time to do other stuff. Fun loving crowd. Not a place for hard core career oriented people. But a place for people who want workplace and personal life balance.

      Cons

      Work is highly dependent on customer. Less of creativity; decision is limited, unlike a product company. Mostly routine tasks.
