Pros
The growth hierarchy is clear and work environment is pleasant.
Cons
No transport, the shuttles (from iffco too are non-AC which adds to the plight while coming to work.) Appraisal and yearly bonus is peanuts and has nothing to do with the performance & overall conduct. No team parties or outings. Stretch for unpaid work. If you want promotion, 9 hrs is not sufficient so, a family person should not expect growth.
