Pros
You can learn a lot in a multinational environment, great colleagues, lots of trainings and lots of projects. There are different projects managed by different peoples, you can be liked by your manager or you may not.
Cons
There are no chances to be promoted if your manager does not like you and if you only know just English. The level of attrition is very high in the company.
