worklife balance and if you want a career in BPO it makes sense as pioneered the industry and there some brand value attached to having worked in Genpact. Used to be more when GE was a stakeholder and has degenerated since and people outside are beginning to realise that

extreme politics and unethical practices at leadership levels. lots of favors returned for favors and if you arent an old timer here you will find it very hard to integrate or understand the politics till it is too late . values are more spoken than lived
