- There are a nice working environment and friendly colleagues - Managers are on-going and always try to help if one turns to them; - One rarely has to do over-time, unless there ae urgent issues that could not be solved during the normal working hours
Cons
- The salaries are a bit low - There are not that many opportunities to promote
