      You get to interact with very smart individuals across the globe who have similar goals.

      Cons

      There is a strain on ability to staff jobs with people in the USA. The employees who do the work almost are all in India. Pay for staff should be more commensurate with other consulting companies. Loosing many staff people to competitors as a result of low pay.
