Pros
Good medical benefits and 401K.
Cons
They consistently lied to the company they contracted for, reporting false numbers and offered more than they could deliver. They lie to their employees also. They said they would NOT be letting go of employees when they won the contract but it was the first thing they did. They hire people with zero knowledge of the job to be mid-level managers so those people will have to do all the work, be the heavy with the employees, and are expendable in case any of their shady behavior is discovered. They create an atmosphere of stress and discontent with their employees. When or if an employee tries to bring a problem to them, if the company is in the wrong, they will find a way to fire the employee. I was not fired but, saw it several times. Team meetings consist of only propaganda about how wonderful they are, and how much they are profiting. They have nothing to do with what is actually happening in the company. It's sad when they try to put a gag order on exiting employees out of fear they will be found out for the lies they are telling. They change the employee handbook whenever they feel like it so that is a useless document.
