Toxic management Favoritism They want Everyone to be sales person and add yearly revenue growth targets, while clients are always looking to cut back on outsourcing costs, obviously when there is no revenue growth, don’t expect to get promoted If you become senior team member, Managers wouldn’t want you to move to other roles. Simply if you move there isn’t certainty about continued business
