      GE DNA Enough and more trainings. You can become a quality guru if you utilize the opportunities for study and network accordingly. Many business divisions of GE so more cross functional movements.

      Cons

      Sucky Pay. Slow Growth. Suckups get a better chance at growth. Focus on 'management' centric growth rather than technical growth. Genpact has never been able to come out of the BPO complex.
