      Technology and on site IT was good. Benefits were good

      Cons

      Restrictions on growth within company. If your too valuable in your role you become non transferable to any potential positions. Pay is terrible for the work. I left to take a job doing the same work at 3x my yearly salary

      Good pay, constant hours and easy work.

      Very catty management, lots of mirco management and retaliation if you speak up.
