Fail to keep contracts and fail to assign to projects - Windows Systems Administrator Genpact Employee Review

They failed to review the scope of the project and then couldn't keep a 5 year contract. I put in hard work for 2.5 years and now out of employment. They didn't make enough effort to seek new opportunities. They didn't offer the bench...so don't ever believe that...they also had a group of 4 4people interviewing for one position. In the end... no severance package. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
