Cons
Everything else. They will never raise your salary, will never give you a promotion and even if they do, the raise is a joke. They outsource cheap labour from countries with low pay rates and expect you to never complain about anything. Management is a joke and people are given positions based on biased and pre determined standards. I was fired with no justifiable cause because I wondered why my promotion, that had already been accepted, was not going through. Turns out they backtracked and wouldn’t give me my promotion because they had “no budget” to do so, but still told me that the problem was me. Worked 3 years for that company and never even got a raise, every person who was hired AFTER me was payed more. Scummy company all around.
