      Pros

      The GE legacy has sunk deep in the DNA of Genpact providing an immense knowledge pool of capable management. Average paymaster, however attracts the best talent and is able to sustain its no 1 position. Great company to work for if you are just out of college.

      Cons

      Recognition, accolodes come rarely. Brilliant work goes unnoticed and client feedback sometimes overshadows true hard work put in by the employee
