Pros

Gourmet Fridays: We get free lunch every Friday! It’s a great way to experience what Monday’s leftovers taste like after a week of aging. Weekly Surprises: There is an exciting "Lottery System" where at least one person gets fired every week. It really keeps you on your toes and makes your morning coffee feel like a final meal. Annual Feast: We get a Christmas dinner once a year. It’s the one day we all stop bailing water out of the ship to eat together before returning to our sinking stations. Organized Chaos: If you love puzzles, you’ll love it here. Every department is a disaster, but it’s a very consistent and well-planned disaster.

Cons

Captain David’s "New Clothes": Think of the Titanic, but the Captain is a real-life version of The Emperor’s New Clothes. David is parading around with no clothes on, and everyone is too scared to tell him he’s naked. Micro-Management: David runs everything but focuses on the wrong things. He’ll spend a week debating a janitor’s pay raise while the ship literally splits in half. The "Yes-Man" Culture: No one dares to speak the truth. Most of the staff is too busy kissing David’s ego to point out the giant iceberg we’re hitting. Organized Chaos: Every department is a mess. The managers actually work overtime to make the mess even more complicated and dysfunctional. Obvious Bias: There is a heavy, systemic racial bias that is impossible to ignore. It’s a sinking ship that doesn't treat everyone equally.
