Competitive pay and benefits, summer shutdown allowing for 2 weeks' vacation to be used each year, Christmas shutdown
Cons
- Executive and office management are not kind in their approach - Hours and tasks are micromanaged - Temp workers have been working several years and still have not received full time status - Product requirements, SOPs, documentation are not readily available or updated on time. Have to speak to multiple people to get an answer.
