Pros
I have only been working with Curo for a short time. This is a completely different field than I have ever marketed in. I was apprehensive when I first started that my time meeting patients at this time in their life might be overwhelming. All fears were gone the first time I went to a patient's home with our staff. The patients and families that I met were very happy to see us. They were comfortable, and well taken care of. The patients and our staff seemed to have a genuine relationship with each other. I was able to observe our staff performing their professional care, but fitting in with the patients and families like a close friend. When I saw how much our staff truly cared for our patients my heart was blessed.
Cons
Due to the nature of our business in small rural areas sometimes it's a very long and stressful day.
