Pros

Good team and managers to work with. Excellennt projects and challenges. Every day, there is a learning. Gildan trust me and count on me. etc.

Cons

Sometimes delaying in a critical tasks because of non understanding from management (take time to understand the importance of the projects or to have an emergency budget, etc)

Pros

The communication level across all levels, the way I was welcomed in by all, the way everyone has supported when asked upon, the way I was allocated into training in all departments of the process flow of our facility, Gildan academy training is one of my favorites, I have never had anything like at any other company

Cons

Training with some of our computers apps good be better, I have asked for the ability to get some training on a certain app but have yet to receive
