Pros

Cutting, Cutting, Cutting is the mantra but it not just fabric. We are cutting costs yet not doing our due diligence and as a result we are hiring the wrong people on the cheap and getting suppliers who may not be right.

Cons

We have leaders who can fix this but they are not engaged so bad things are happening under the surface. Rio Nance....

Pros

The communication level across all levels, the way I was welcomed in by all, the way everyone has supported when asked upon, the way I was allocated into training in all departments of the process flow of our facility, Gildan academy training is one of my favorites, I have never had anything like at any other company

Cons

Training with some of our computers apps good be better, I have asked for the ability to get some training on a certain app but have yet to receive
