There is a lot of training Coworkers are great persons Salaries are a bit higher than average for the country

Cons

Upper management get crazy when something goes a bit stray Big guys still react as if the company is a small one, when anything could destroy it, but when you get bigger, law of averages take over

Pros

The communication level across all levels, the way I was welcomed in by all, the way everyone has supported when asked upon, the way I was allocated into training in all departments of the process flow of our facility, Gildan academy training is one of my favorites, I have never had anything like at any other company

Cons

Training with some of our computers apps good be better, I have asked for the ability to get some training on a certain app but have yet to receive
