Pros

The Interview process was relatively quick and organized. I appreciated that the team got back to me promptly. Everyone I met was kind, welcoming, and gave me the impression that Gildan would be a great environment to work in. Even though you would think training during a pandemic would be tough the team was able to pull together and make sure I understood and gave me back up whenever I needed.

Cons

Being remote due to COVID-19 has made it difficult to determine who to go to for what and when to contact them, my manager and team are very supportive but as a big international company it can be challenging figuring out who is who. With that being said that does not imply that there is no one to assist, it just may take a while longer.

The communication level across all levels, the way I was welcomed in by all, the way everyone has supported when asked upon, the way I was allocated into training in all departments of the process flow of our facility, Gildan academy training is one of my favorites, I have never had anything like at any other company

Cons

Training with some of our computers apps good be better, I have asked for the ability to get some training on a certain app but have yet to receive
